1: Send us an inquiry via email to start your customized book printing order. Please kindly included the book specifications(e.g. page counts, trim size, binding method, color type, quantity, etc.) in the email.
2: After received your inquiry email, our sales team will provide you a quote within 1–2 hours on business days based on your book printing requirements.
3: Confirm the pricing and artwork, then we will sign the contract for your personalized book manufacturing project.
4: Pay the first 50% deposit to initiate your customized book printing project.
5: We will produce free digital sample and ship them to your door via DHL for your final confirmation and approval — a key step in our custom book printing job.
6: Mass production begins only after we receive your sample approval. Once mass printing started, all the files and details can not be changed any more. If any changes requested there will be the additional charges.
7: Upon completion of mass production, we will send clear photos for your confirmation. Then you pay the remaining balance, we arrange shioment.
8: Shipping is arranged by sea or air, based on your preference for your custom trade book printing order.
9: You receive your books — the process is complete.
You need to provide your book specifications to us, such as size, page counts, quantity, color type, finishing, binding way and shipping address, etc. Then we will send you an instant quote asap.
Usually our MOQ is 100 copies. But we can print any quantities for you. As you know, the more you order, the lower unit price will be.
If production has not started, you can change the order quantity. Once production begins, the quantity cannot be changed.
Yes, you can cancel your order before we start production. Once production has started, it is no longer to cancel an order.
If you have placed an order and pay deposit, we will provide you with a sample first so you can make sure everything is to your liking before we go ahead.
If you do not place an order and pay deposit, there is a small added fee for the provision of samples.
Yes, you can change the artwork before mass production. But once the mass production started, the artwork cannot be changed anymore.
Yes, we offer an assembly service. Whether it’s inserting items, packaging sets, or preparing custom kits, our team ensures everything is organized and ready for delivery—saving you time and effort. Let us handle the assembly so that your products arrive completely and perfectly.
The following are the artwork requirements for your reference, you can also contact with our sales, and we will give you professional advice for your books.
1: We prefer artwork in PDF format.
2: The pictures are above 300 DPI.
3: In CMYK type, not RGB. As RGB will change color easily.
4: If the black text, it’s better to design 100% black, not composed of CMYK colors. As 100% black is cheaper than CMYK black.
5: About 3mm bleed space on each side of each page.
6: Convert all text to outlines.
After getting your artwork our design team will check your it carefully to make sure it is suitable for printing.
When your artwork is finished pls do not hesitate to send us by WeTransfer or Google Drive. If some small problems our designers will adjust them for you to make sure we can print them perfectly.
You can send us your artwork in PDF format via email, to sales@beiyingprinting.com. If the file is too large, you can send us a link to Dropbox, Google Drive. You can also upload your files to file sharing sites such as Sprend or Wetransfer and share the link with us.
It is recommended to use CMYK: Japan Color 2001 Coated
A piece of paper is called a sheet. A single sheet has two pages, one on the front and one on the back.
For example:
1 sheet of paper equal 2 pages (front and back). If a book with 20 sheets , so it is a 40 pages book.
Covers are usually counted separately (e.g., 4 cover pages: front outside, front inside, back inside, back outside).
Yes, we provide the printing file templates for the cover and interior pages. These templates help ensure your artwork is properly aligned with bleed, trim, and safety margins. To receive a custom template to your project, simply contact our team—we’re happy to assist with your layout needs.
We are a professional offset printing company, we mainly provide the best printing service. We do not provide a comprehensive design service.
However, we’re happy to support your project by providing printing file templates and guidelines to help you properly lay out your artwork. Of course, one-to-one advice and assistance for all our customers via Calling, Email, WhatsApp.
The 0.125″ or 3mm bleed zone provides tolerance, which allows for cutting and binding. It guaranteed that your artwork is perfect on the page without unwanted white margins.
For example, if the finished size of your book is 203X254mm (8X10 inches), you should design your file with bleed, making the document size to be 209x 260mm (with 3 mm bleed space on each side of ecah page).
Yes, if you provide the original artwork, including all fonts and linked files, we can assist with modifications. However, you should finalize the design by yourself. We can only provide the small adjustments and advice to ensure your file is print-ready, but we do not offer whole design service.
About 2-4 days after the PDF file approved.
We’ll start printing as soon as we’ve received the agreed deposit and you’ve approved the PDF proofs. Below is a general timeline for various product types: (500-1000 copies)
Softcover books: about 10-12 days
Hardcover books: about 14-18 days
Spiral and wire-o bound books: about 14-18 days
Board books: about 14-18 days
Yes, If we haven’t started production yet, you can contact to change your designs after you’ve placed an order. However, there will be the extra cost if any pre-production processes we’ve already completed, which the changes will affect. Once production starts, it’s no longer possible to change designs. Early communication ensures flexibility and helps avoid additional costs or delays.
If the mistake is on our side, we will reprint an entire run for you without any charges after corrections have been made.
If the error was on your side, we will reprint if you agree to cover the costs .
However, mistakes are very rare indeed due to our thorough design support services — including expert, manual file checking — our attentive customer service, our expertise, and our rigorous quality control protocols.
We will send you a PDF proof as standard before we begin production. And we will also make a sample by digital printing before starting mass production.
1: We will provide a video or photos of the final product for your review the quality and details.
2: We can also send a final product sample to you by air if you need, then you can check the final product in person.
Usually we require a 50% deposit (this can be negotiated) before printing and the remaining balance before shipping. For the total amount is under $1000USD, we recommend a complete upfront payment to save transfer charges and time.
We accept PayPal, international wire transfers, and third-party payment services such as Wise and Mercury.
We accept US dollars, Australian dollars and Canadian dollars, UK pounds, Euros, and Chinese RMB.
It depends on the payment method:

The responsibility depends on the order’s pricing terms:
1. EXW (Ex Works), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), FOB (Free on Board), DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and DAP (Delivered at Place): Under these terms, the buyer is responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, or GST once the goods arrive in their country.
2. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller is responsible for all charges, including import duties, taxes, and GST, delivering the goods directly to the buyer’s location with no additional fees upon delivery.
If production has not started and your product materials have not been prepared, then you can cancel the order and get the refund.
It depends on what shipping way is on the pricing terms. Usually, if the total weight is more than 500kg, we will pack your books in sturdy cartons loaded onto pallets. If the total weight is less than 500kg, we will pack your goods and ship them in double cartons without pallet-loading.
We offer flexible shipping options, including air freight (e.g. Fedex, UPS, DHL), sea freight(CIF or DDP).
Yes. We can split orders for shipping to multiple addresses, we will offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs and ensure your products arrive exactly where you want.
Yes, we can ship directly to third-party fulfillment centers like Amazon. You only need to provide the correct shipping details and labeling requirements, then we will pack the books in the boxes and shipping as per your requirements.
While we can guarantee our production timetable, delivery times are necessarily estimates as transit may occasionally be affected by circumstances and conditions beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather.
Yes, you only need to provide your logo file and placement instructions, and we’ll customize the packaging for you.
We take multiple measures to optimize the safety of the products that we deliver. We wrap them with packaging paper and then seal them into waterproof plastic bags before loading them into the cartons. We then load the cartons onto the pallets and further secure them with impermeable plastic shrink-wrap and heavy-duty tape. These measures make sure that your products are protected from movement and moisture during transit, so that they arrive in pristine condition.
Our warehouse are in Shenzhen, China. We ship products from the Port of Shenzhen or HongKong to destinations all over the world.
Yes. We provide a 100% quality guarantee. If there are any quality issues caused by us, we will reprint for you for free or issue a refund to you. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
We will take strict protective measures to ensure your products are safe during both air and sea shipments.
If your books shipped under CIF terms(cost, insurance, and freight) or DDU terms(delivered duty unpaid), we also take out insurance against any possible damage that might happen to the products. If you have received a damaged product, the insurance company will pay compensation, which is equal to the cost of the products. Once we receive the compensation, we will provide you with a complete refund or reprint the products for you as you choose.
